As an attorney, I provide legal advice and representation in civil and business law matters. The focus of my practice is contract law: I assist clients in drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, commercial contracts, business development–related agreements, and franchise agreements, as well as in resolving disputes outside of court.

My work also extends to employment law and trademark law, where my focus is on developing transparent, secure, and long-term legal solutions for my clients.

One of my key areas of expertise is legal and business advisory related to the United Arab Emirates, particularly Dubai, with a special focus on the legal support of Dubai real estate investments. I lived in Dubai for six years, where I gained direct experience with the local business and legal environment as well as the specific characteristics of the Dubai real estate market.

I support my clients throughout the entire Dubai property acquisition process, with particular attention to reviewing and structuring sale and purchase agreements, contractual frameworks, and investment structures. In my work, I place strong emphasis on identifying legal risks related to property transactions and representing my clients’ interests in negotiations with developers and other market participants.
